When you wake up in the morning then your body has no carbs, protein and fat so when you do exercise in the morning then your body uses energy from your fat which is stored in the body.
- Sleeping is also the most important part. If you do not sleep properly then your body is not recovering fast.
- Before sleeping two hours consume your meal because you are going to sleep right after eating then your carbs convert into fat so it is bad for your health.
You should take proper diet and eat in every 2 hours a day. Vegetables and fruits have a lot of fiber and minerals which is very helpful to improve metabolism and burn fat.

- Meal 1:- 4 to 5 egg whites, 2 slices of brown bread or green tea or oats
- Meal 2:- fruits or vegetables
- Meal 3 (lunch):- 2 Roti with 1 vegetable or any pulse, 30 to 40-grams brown rice and salad or boiled chicken
- Meal 4:– Dry fruits (almonds, cashew, dates, raisins)
- Meal 5 (dinner) :- 2 roti with any veg.
