What is cardio?

Cardio is the short form of cardiovascular. So, we can talk about cardio. What is cardio? Cardio is a type of condition when your heart rate is above 50% than the normal heart rate it means you are in the zone of cardio.

For example: A normal heart rate is between 60 to 100 beats per minute suppose your heart rate is 80 and 50% of 80 is 40 it means your heart rate is 120 beats per minute. So you are in the zone of cardio.

Your heart rate goes up to 180 to 190 beats per minute and it totally depends on your intensity of cardio and timing of doing cardio.

 Basically, the cardio exercise for heart your heart involves in this. It increases your brain and lungs functioning. Cardio is best for making your heart younger.

Myths of cardio

Most people say don’t do cardio it effects on your muscle if you do cardio you lost your muscle. But it’s not like that, people say because they have lack of knowledge. It all depends on your nutrition what you eat. In one situation you lost your muscle when you do cardio that is your nutrition. So cardio will not effect on your muscle size if you take good nutrition.
